How to Request Data Deletion
At Dream Door, we respect your right to privacy and your right to control your personal information. If you wish to have your personal data completely removed from our systems, please follow the simple steps outlined below.
Submission Process
To submit a data deletion request, you can simply send us an email clearly stating your request.

- Subject Line: Please use "Data Deletion Request" as the subject line.
- Body: Include your full name, phone number, and any email addresses you used to contact us, so we can accurately locate and remove your information.
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your email:
- We will process your request within 14 business days.
- We will securely delete your personal information from our CRM, databases, and marketing platforms.
- We will reply to your email to confirm that the deletion has been successfully completed.
Note: There may be certain administrative, legal, or security reasons why we may be required to retain some of your data for a specific period (for example, immigration compliance records if you are a current client). If this applies to you, we will inform you in our confirmation email.
